4. I am honored to achieve a good result:
Unfortunately, the issue of thanking and thanking employees in organizations has been plagued with many drawbacks.
First, this issue is not always scientifically investigated and implemented. Second, people get used to repeating it, and third, there is no convergence of appreciation and appreciation from staff in all segments of the convergent thinking organization.
In many low-maturity organizations, superheroes are more often honored than people who do successful teamwork and those who, at the last minute, have been able to save themselves from all those who have repeatedly struggled with their jobs. They are more critical than ever.
The complexities of each country’s labor market also affect this. For example, when timely pay, which is a necessity for employees, is a positive rather than a default, the incentives and penalties of those companies may also be affected by such standards.

5. I am an important person in an important organization, and I feel proud:
When does the feeling of belonging to an organization/company/brand happen?
Different people will certainly give you other answers to this question. Still, their behavior in real life shows that many psychologists are concerned about the value of being recognized, vital to them, and the feeling they have at work. They have a direct impact.
Creating that feeling in people is not about repeating the word “family” to your company and workgroup. Instead, the relationships between people and how they deal with it, and many other factors affect it.
As the reputation of a one-day brand does not fade, organizations’ popularity is not built on the heart of their day-to-day employees.

6. At work, they count on my ideas:
It is important to note when we come to different meetings and meet people from various departments and levels of the organization that everyone in the discussion seems to be paid equal attention? Or are people at different levels of the organization equally allowed to speak and speak?

7. In my workplace, I have the opportunity to learn and grow:
The opportunity to learn and grow in the organization is a topic I’ve always wanted to write a few pieces on the importance of.
I remember that Mr. Nakhjavani, the CEO of the shuttle company, told me at a second briefing that he was always my role model. They stood beside Whiteboard and said, “It doesn’t matter to you, you came here to grow, so plan for that growth.”
He then explained very little about the individual growth plan, but then I started to write the third version of my development plan today because I reached the goals of the previous two versions.
In short, if there is no unified thinking about the growth of employees in an organization, there is no proper framework for development. If we think of hiring someone with special abilities when hiring and keeping them in the same job forever and at all costs, it is a thought that has no place in the new age.

8. I have best friends at work:
Creating friendships with professional ethics is one of the best parts of working in good organizations. You can find friends who impact your life most, and you have the same effect on their lives.
I am creating any successful, friendly work-life relationship in the workplace requires internal infrastructures, such as understanding interactions, emotional intelligence, teamwork, and more.

Last word:
Of all the issues raised in this study, as far as my understanding allows, I can say that it is the two-way effort of the organization and the staff that produces the results and the organization is nothing but the people in it and the sector. Different people are working. So, in the end, we see human behavior that we need to be able to understand and use in the right place.
